Sharon Winks has been involved with Variety NT since 2007 and held a position on the National Board since 2009. She has been the NT Bash Chair, Vice Chair and spent many hours in the office facilitating the overall governance and fundraising activities in the NT. Sharon is Management Consultant with over 20 years in the public and private secretor specialising in organisational and functional management, strategic planning and HRM. She balances her flexible work hours with a continued dedication to helping the children of the NT in whatever way she can through volunteering at events and ongoing fundraising. This year she will move from being an official on the Bash to a Basher, so increasing her fundraising activities even further.
