Variety - the Children’s Charity is honoured
to present the 4th Annual Variety of Chefs
red carpet dinner. 

To spice things up in 2012 Variety of Chefs is back with a TASTY TWIST! Our sensational chefs are designing an exclusive ASIAN FUSION THEMED 6 COURSE DEGUSTATION and will present the dishes live on stage, with a few VIP guest judges and culinary games thrown in the mix.

Peter Kuruvita will bring his Sri Lankan cuisine to life, Reagan Porteous from Toko will delight us with his famous Japanese creations and Yi Chun Chen will bring his award winning skills to the stage with his ultimate Chinese cuisine. Each Chef has generously donated their time to COOK FOR A CAUSE and they guarantee to bring you a night of great entertainment, sensational food, beverages and fun!

This year, Variety of Chefs will be raising money for Variety’s Freedom program which provides mobility equipment and communication devices to children. As part of Variety’s Freedom program, standers are a very important piece of equipment which enable wheelchair bound children to be secured into a standing position, this has a number of benefits for the child, including helping their bone density and well-being. In addition, standers offer invaluable social benefits and fun. Variety receives at least two applications each month for a stander
costing $9,580 each.

This delectable evening is making its mark as Sydney's tastiest charity events, raising over $400,000 in just three years!
