The Liberty Swing allows children in wheelchairs or living with a physical impairment the chance to enjoy the exhilaration of swinging. Variety champions this wonderful Australian invention and has installed many swings into as many communities as possible. Each swing costs $25,000 with installation costs of $12,000 to $20,000.
