Leave a Bequest
Give a gift of a love; leave part of your estate to Variety in your will.
Leaving a bequest is one of the most personal ways that you can support our work, and for some it is an opportunity to make a gift that you may not otherwise be able to make during your lifetime.
A bequest is an instruction within a will that reserves part of your estate (such as possessions, shares or bonds, or money) for a particular beneficiary.
Large or small, every gift is greatly appreciated and helps us make a real difference to South Australian children in need.
More information can be obtained from the Variety SA , or by reading our bequest brochure
Information for your Solicitor or Trustee Company:
The following clauses are intended as a guide only for consideration when making your will. It is important that you consult your solicitor or trustee company to ensure that the wording is appropriate for the bequest you wish to make and for your particular circumstances.

"I (bequestor) give.........% of my estate to Variety - The Children's Charity, Tent 75 South Australia Incorporated for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of its Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my executors."
You may use whichever clause suits your wishes. Your solicitor or trustee company will provide you with the most suitable advice.
