2011 Variety SA Santa Fun Run
The 2011 Variety Santa Fun Run was held on Sunday 27 November when the 4km path around the Torrens was painted red as almost 1000 entrants dressed in Santa Suits, walked or ran the track.
The little ones were entertained by Santa’s Little Helpers from Theatre Bugs, face painting and balloon twisting and the Nova and Variety mascots. The ‘real’ Santa from the North Pole arrived in a big red Santa Sleigh known to many Bash entrants as CAR 500..

The Variety Santa Fun Run certainly had the fun factor synonymous with all our events. With the continued success of this fun run, we anticipate it will continue to grow and become an iconic South Australian Christmas event for all ages. Since it’s inception in 2009, we have also seen the event grow across the Nation and the Variety Santa Fun Run is now an annual event across Australia.
