Before Tasbash commences this coming October all Bashers experienced or virgins, local or interstate need to complete this form. 

Please download the National Police Check form which has already been pre-populated with Variety’s information.  This form needs to be completed, handed in to your local police station, who will then conduct the Police Check and forward their statement to Variety the Children’s Charity Tasmania.

This Police Check will be processed at the Charity rate of $5.00, ONLY if you download this form with the pre-populated information.

The benefit to this request outweighs the negatives; however we are aware that some people have concerns about the information that will be revealed in a check.  Please be assured that the information is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and this is not a system whereby you need to pass with flying colours.  

There are very few circumstances that would not qualify you to enjoy Bash, including many minor, medium and interesting misdemeanours, however we are committed to protecting the safety of children.
