It really should be called Variety @ Play because this is the fun side of Variety.

Variety @ Work brings laughter into the lives of children who sometimes have little to smile about. 

Our volunteer committee plans events and activities for groups of children, small or large, allowing them to have wonderful experiences they wouldn’t normally be able to see or do.

Variety @ Work is a program aimed at giving children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs the opportunity to take part in an activity or outing that they may not otherwise have the chance to experience.

Variety @ Work offers many different events throughout the year some of those events include:

Circus Oz

A night under the big top is dedicated exclusively to Variety. 1000 children and their carers enjoy the experience of Circus Oz.

Carn the Kids

Variety together with Lease Plan and Melbourne Victory invite 1000 children to watch a soccer match. The children have allocated seats where they can watch and admire super stars of the game. http://carnthekids.com.au/

Other activities throughout the year may include enjoying a ballet performance, humming along with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra or climbing cliffs on a camp.
