Variety WA Patron

In 2009, Variety WA was proud to welcome Prof. Fiona Wood AM as our Patron.

Patron Taking over the reins from previous Patron Keith Potger (of The Seekers), Prof. Wood said she was both honoured and humbled to represent the charity.

“I am extremely passionate about children. I believe every child has a unique gift, and it is up to us as a community to provide as many opportunities as possible for children to find their gift and reach their full potential – they are our future.

“I have a great respect for the work of Variety, the dedication and infectious enthusiasm of the countless volunteers, and look forward to helping further that work,” Prof. Wood said.
