Despite the ominous weather, there was a good turnout of interested buyers and locals who came to sneak a peep at the exquisite 4x2 family home.Prospective owners were taken on a tour of the home by Craig Gemmill, before the auction began at 11am.
The house sold for $417,000 an outstanding result with proceeds from the sale directly benefitting thousands of children across Western Australia.
