Australian chef, television presenter and icon, Adrian Richardson has hosted a number of food shows and is most widely known for being the Bad Chef in Good Chef Bad Chef. He has published two cook books, MEAT and The Good Life and is owner and head chef at the La Luna restaurant in North Carlton and Bouvier Bar in Brunswick, Melbourne.
Justin has had a distinguished 27 year career in the hospitality industry. Justin has run and developed his own restaurants and food outlets evolving into some of Sydney’s premier dining spaces. Justin was awarded the title of “2009 Sydney Morning Herald Chef of the Year” and in 2010 was named GQ “Chef of the Year” at the Man of the Year awards.
From Fine dining to delicious burgers, Tim Montgomery has it covered. Tim has worked all over the world and is by far one of Newcastle’s best chefs. RASCAL is what Tim thinks fast food should be: delicious food made pretty quickly, with love, fun and energy. Their produce is ethically sourced from quality local and Australian producers and served imaginatively with a dash of mischief.
Chris has always had a passion for food. During his apprenticeship, he won the Brett Graham Shield and worked under acclaimed Michelin Star Chef Brett Graham in London and later took over as head chef at Newcastle’s Bistro Tartine before opening the award-winning Restaurant Mason. Chris is now concentrating his time on family and private dining experiences.

Restaurant and Fawk Foods Kitchen & Bakery. 2015 marked the beginning of the opening of EXP. restaurant. 6 years on EXP. keeps evolving with a menu that is driven by the seasons. 2018 Frank opened a second venue Fawk Foods Kitchen & Bakery, a casual cafe that has a similar ethos to ExP.
Shayne’s passion for fine dining and food creation has seen him travel the UK, Europe and the US, constantly in search of new flavours. He has worked with Philip Johnson of e’cco and Jason Atherton at Michelin star restaurant, City Social London. With a driving passion for his industry, Shayne is now head chef at Flotilla.
