You read that correctly, Variety is hiring! We are looking for two people to join our fundraising team.
Both roles will have the chance to make a real difference to the work Variety does, ensuring ongoing fundraising revenue to provide the foundation which allows us to deliver grants, programs, scholarships and kids experiences to ensure no child slips through the gaps.
Business Development and Fundraising Manager
This exciting new role will establish new fundraising revenue streams to support kids in need. The Business Development and Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a diversified fundraising strategy with the Fundraising and Event team to ensure the continued growth of Variety’s fundraising portfolio.
We are open to the role being based in either our Sydney or Newcastle office.
The Fundraising Coordinator is a key part of the fundraising team with responsibility for the Hair with Heart program, engaging and growing our portfolio of community fundraisers and assisting with stewarding corporate supporters. You will do this by nurturing relationships and applying fundraising best practices in decision making to succeed.
