A day to remember at the Variety Kids’ Surprise Party run by the Ladies of Variety
More than 1500 children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs partied away in the warmth of the Adelaide Convention Centre, together with more than 700 carers and volunteers for the States seventh annual Variety Kids’ Surprise Party run by the Ladies of Variety.
Special schools and classes from all around the state gathered for a fun filled day with face painters, airbrush tattooists, balloon animals, photo booths and liberty swings for children in wheelchairs.
Special thanks to the Ladies of Variety Committee and all of the other volunteers, to SEM Group of Companies for the traffic management, and to the Adelaide Convention Centre for donating the venue. The kids had a ball!
