You’ll be treated to a four-course degustation, made with premium Tasmanian produce and crafted by four of Tasmania’s top culinary gurus with each course matched with award-winning Tasmanian beverages.
Be entertained by the hilarious Chef and the Showman Duo, Paul Foreman and John X, be inspired by our guest speakers, and then finish the night off on the dance floor. We’ll have some unique and bespoke auction items, including beautiful jewellery and specially made art pieces by Tasmanian artists and designers.
