Meg Dalling is the Head of Accessibility for ANZ Bank, responsible for senior leadership, governance and strategic direction around accessibility and inclusion for ANZ’s customers, employees and the community.
A lawyer and governance specialist, she has more than 20 years’ experience in regulatory engagement, contract law, risk management, prudential compliance, group policy and stakeholder management.
As well as her executive roles, Meg has been an active community volunteer all her working life, believing passionately in equality of opportunity and inclusion. She has a depth of experience in volunteer, pro bono, mentoring and non-executive roles including mentoring for refugees and job seekers with a disability.
Before joining ANZ in 2003, Meg worked as a lawyer for King & Wood Mallesons and Norton Rose Fulbright, followed by 2 years with Philippines law firm, SyCip, Salazar Hernandez and Gatmaitan. She has a Bachelor of Law/Arts from the University of Melbourne, a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.
