Part 4. Declaration

Declaration:
I agree to pay a ‘per person’ Participants Fee (cost to be advised) in full prior to the start of the Bash.
This fee includes all meals, camping fees, entertainment, merchandise, Public Liability and Ambulance escort.
All other costs (including Ambulance Cover) incurred will be at my own expense.
I understand that acceptance of entries in the 2026 Variety NT Bash is at the absolute discretion of Variety NT and that receipt of this Application Form does not guarantee a place on the Bash.
I also understand that my team and I enter entirely at our own risk.
ALL PERSONS TRAVELLING ON THE BASH MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
Failure to observe these conditions of entry may lead to cancellation of the Variety NT Bash Entry
