Crew: Roger Ballestrin, Dean Cazzolato, Michael Rogers

Bio: The three of us have known each other for at least 13 years and at one stage, we all worked in the same Woolworths supermarket store at Naracoorte.

Roger is a Store Manager at Strathalbyn, Dean has just purchased a cafe with his wife Louise in Naracoorte and Michael is an Operations Manager for Adelaide

Regional Distribution Centre. For all of us it’s about the children and their families, it’s making a difference in people’s lives by not what’s between our ears, but by what’s in our hearts. In our jobs, no two days

are the same and that’s because we have opportunities. By being in this Bash, we are helping to give children and their families that same chance.
