BEES

Vehicle: Holden Statesman 1978

Car BEE is back again full of sting ready to rock everyone’s socks off.

Three new-comers join the car which is in its 5th year and looking forward to the food and wine chilling in the esky and a happy cheeky laugh along the way.  Joining the car is Adam Frost aka ‘Frosty’ – a big friendly giant willing to help anyone along the way. What he lacks in hair he makes up for in generosity and kindness.

Chris Thomas aka ‘the Ginger Ninja’ is lucky to join the crew after becoming a new first time dad!!  His wife has given him a leave pass and I’m sure the boys snoring will make up for any new born crying he’ll miss out on over the 8 days.

Tim Fry, aka ‘Frysie’, is a hairy lovable larrikin and funnily enough he’s allergic to bees and will have his epi pen in his pocket in case things get a little too interesting.

Our veteran Neil Frith aka ‘Frithy’ is back to show the boys how it’s done.  Frithy is the ever reliable man behind the scenes; he’s happy to get in and get his hands dirty in raising funds and I’m sure will show the young boys a great time – I’m also told he snores the loudest LOL!

Overall Car BEE is very excited to be back on board raising funds for such a wonderful organisation. We thank all our sponsors, the owners of the car for allowing us to take part, and all the people that have got behind us and supported our fundraising efforts.  We are looking forward to a stop-over in our local town to show everyone else out there just what amazing things the Variety Bash does and stands for.

That’s all from us we shall buzzzzzz off and get back to rattling the can.

Sponsors we would like to thank:

Carters Foodland; PPHS Stock Agents; Nuseed; Naracoorte Seeds; Wickham Flower; Hidden Valley Transport;  Ogilve Group; Frances Hotel; Cappa Motor Bodies and everyone that has supported our fundraising efforts.
