80 years ago the ‘old girl’ – Car Toro Buick – rolled off the assembly line at Holden Coach and Body Builders in Port Adelaide.
After a lifetime on stations and in sheds, she has now completed 18 Bashes and helped raise a lot of money for Variety.
This year we bring in some new blood mixed with experienced Bashers spread between the Buick and BST our support car. Charlie O’Brien joins us for the first time as does our foreign import Craig ‘Red’ Liske.
Our regulars of Richard, Kevin, Ian, Robert, Russell and Ken will be there and we all look forward to a great Bash and a chance to catch up on the track for a morning Bloody Mary, somewhere on the track to the Mount.
