The Dindi Dandies
Car 169, The Dindi Dandies, is on the move again!
The Dindi Dandies comprises John Ricardo, last year’s team captain and Gary Demby, who lives in the Murrindindi area. Both guys spend much of their time at their Taylor Bay properties on Lake Eildon. Emile Tobin also joins the team this year.
Car 169 started the Bash in 2015 as the Eildon Explorer. However, last year the guys decided to change the name of their team as they felt it was important to represent more businesses within the Shire of Murrindindi and highlight what the area has to offer as a tourist destination. Many of the sponsors of the Car 169 are from the local Eildon and Alexandra area and the Murrindindi Shire.
The team feels strongly about raising funds for Variety as they support children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs to be able to live, laugh and learn.
The Dindi Dandies are looking forward to hitting the road again as they head to Fraser Island this year!
