Start Fundraising
The Variety Bash is all about having fun whilst raising funds for children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs. Whilst we encourage entrants not to take the Variety Bash too seriously, there is a very serious side to the event. For the safety of participants, staff and local communities each entrant must abide by the terms and conditions. General terms include:
• All participants must be over 18 years of age.
• Teams will be no less than two and no more than four participants
• All participants who will be driving in the Variety Bash must hold a current valid driver’s licence.
• The minimum requirement to enter the Variety Bash per team is $7660. This fee is made up of $660 non-refundable registration fee and $7000 of fundraising ($5000 for first time entrants) payable as per the schedule below ($5000 for first time entrants – with up to 4 in a car consider this $1250 to raise each, all of which goes directly to Variety – the Children’s Charity…and don’t forget we’re here to help!):

Bash vehicles must be at least 30 years old (pre. 1989 for the 2019 Variety Bash). They must be prepared in accordance with the Vehicle Requirements to be Bash Ready. For more information, download our Vehicle Requirements Checklist.
All supporting documentation and forms are available upon registering for the Bash on the registration portal. A comprehensive entrant manual and fundraising guide will also be provided on registration.
