What we’ll be doing
- Collecting information from all attendees for contact tracing
- Making sanitising and hand washing facilities readily available
- Ensuring that the site environments are regularly cleaned and procedures are in place to mitigate risk
- Liaising with all venues and caterers to ensure adherence to COVID safe procedures
What you’ll be doing
- Staying home if unwell
- Checking into the event and answering screening questions upon arrival
- Maintaining good hygiene and handwashing procedures
- Abiding by physical distancing requirements where possible
Data for contract tracing requirements will only be stored for the required time (currently 56 days), after which time it will be securely deleted. The data will only be made available to Queensland Health if requested.
Variety -the Children’s Charity of Queensland’s events are delivered under a COVID Safe plan. Our COVID Safe plan will be updated to align with the changing situation and our website will be updated with any additional information over time.
