Logan was 18-month-old with a smile to light up the room and an eagerness to be part of the action. In 2015, Logan was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Pitt Hopkins Syndrome (PTHS).
As a result, he had low muscle tone, which impaired his ability to control his head and neck and limited his capacity to sit unsupported. He also experienced intermittent changes in his breathing patterns, which, without proper positioning, led to light-headedness, fainting, numbness and tingling in his hands and feet, and abdominal discomfort.
