Get your team together and make a real impact on the lives of children – from starting a friendly in office competition to raising donations, through to regular casual Friday’s and raffles.
Raising funds at work is a fantastic way to team build for a common cause. You can get together and help kids in need by supporting Variety – the Children’s Charity. Whether it’s a casual dress day, a bake sale, or getting a work team in a local fun-run – we’re here to help you get inspired!
Hold an event
Get away from your desks and set up a fun social event for you and your team. Whether it’s a morning tea, luncheon, trivia night, bake off or fancy dress day. Go on, put some fun and laughter into your workplace today, and make your work count for kids in need! Set up your online fundraising page and share with your team today.
Workplace Giving is a simple yet powerful way for you to support Aussie kids who are sick, disadvantaged or have a disability. Donations are automatically deducted from your salary before tax is applied, reducing your taxable income.
Take the Challenge
Set up a team or go solo to create a fun online fundraiser at work. Which department or team can raise the most for kids in need? Get a team in a local fun-run or come up with your own creative challenges – who can get the most steps in a day, plank for a minute every hour, give up sugar or social media?
Become a corporate partner
Your business can make a positive, lasting difference to the lives of children in need. Partnering with Variety is a fantastic way for your organisation to increase employee morale, promote team building, raise your community profile and show your commitment to helping Aussie kids.
Meet Key Partners Turner & Townsend
All year round, team members from Turner & Townsend across Australia have been busy with their office fundraising activities to help Aussie kids have a fair go!

It just goes to show the number of different ways that you can get involved with Variety to make a difference to the lives of kids’ in need.
What inspires the team at Turner & Townsend to continue their involvement with Variety? “Our team has a deep desire to make a difference in both our local community and Australia as a whole, Variety affords the team the opportunity to do so.
