The Variety Bikes for Kids program has delivered joy to Kallangur State School students just in time for Christmas. Thanks to the generosity of KONE and Anaconda, the school received a grant for 10 brand new bike packages, bringing smiles and excitement to the students. Special thanks go to the lightning-fast team at KONE who assembled all 10 bikes in just 45 minutes!

The bike packages, which include bikes, helmets, and other accessories, will play a crucial role in enhancing the school’s bike program. More students at Kallangur State School will now have the opportunity to participate in engaging lessons covering topics such as bike maintenance, road safety, and community road-sharing.

Beyond the educational benefits, the introduction of these bikes is anticipated to positively impact the students’ mental and physical well-being. The simple joy of riding a bike will encourage them to stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle. Plus, it provides a great shared activity to spend quality time with friends.
