Shayne Sutton

Shayne is a government relations and public affairs specialist with over 20 years of hands-on experience in high-pressure government roles at a senior level. She has a wealth of experience in governance, public policy, community engagement, public sector finance and the delivery of major infrastructure, particularly in the local government sector.

Throughout her career, Shayne has represented the complex commercial interests of some of the country’s largest and highest profile listed companies. Shayne’s experience includes serving in Director equivalent roles on Australia’s largest local government, the Brisbane City Council, as a Non-Executive Director on the $1 billion Townsville Hospital and Health Services Board, and as a Senior Policy specialist in the Queensland Government.

Shayne holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in political science and public administration) and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Griffith University. Shayne is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
