Emily grew up in Tasmania and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honours.
Having spent over a decade as a commercial lawyer in Melbourne, providing practical and strategic advice to private clients, corporations and charities, Emily brings a wealth of legal and governance experience to the Variety Tasmania board.
After surviving the first three Melbourne lockdowns, Emily and her husband decided to return to Tasmania with their young son, and they haven’t looked back!
Emily loves Tasmania and is passionate about giving all children the opportunity to have fun and thrive in our beautiful state.
