Be a Game Changer! Give a new beginning to your quality pre-loved sports gears and the opportunity for another children to have a play
This initiative is a sports equipment exchange scheme that seeks to collect donated good quality, preloved sports equipment and redistribute it to Tasmanian children in disadvantaged communities. The impact will benefit over 100 families each year.
Game Changer needs sporting organisations, clubs, community centres, schools and more to sign up to be a donation point for quality, used items.
Individuals can donate their quality used items at a donation point at one of our listed clubs, schools or community centres listed – if you can’t find one in your area encourage one to sign up today.
What Can Be Donated
• AFL footballs, soccer balls, basketballs
• Footy boots
• Soccer shin pads
• Runners/sneakers
• Tee ball bats, mitts, and balls
• Track shoes
• Cones
• Boxing gloves/focus pads
• Dodgeballs
• Hula hoops
• Large sports bags in good condition (eg. Cricket bags)
• Wetsuits
• Swimming gear: googles / fins / swimming caps / kickboard
