Rare genetic condition
Logan was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Pitt Hopkins Syndrome (PTHS).
As a result he has low muscle tone which impairs his ability to control his head and neck and capacity to sit unsupported.
He also experiences intermittent changes to his breathing patterns, which, without good positioning, may lead to light headiness, fainting, numbness and tingling in his hands and feet and abdominal discomfort.
Be a superhero for kids like Logan
Based upon this compelling story of hope in enhancing Logan’s circumstances Variety Tasmania sourced a Kimba Neo Stroller commissioned especially for him.
Within a week of delivery, Logan and his family were experiencing a whole new world of outdoor activities.
Logan’s mum said his particular favourite was his first visit to a wildlife park to see the wallabies and feed them their food from the stroller’s tray.
