12-year-old, Izabelle, received a We Care Therapy Grant from Variety earlier this year. Izabelle’s mum, Catherine, shared their family’s story with us.
“Izzy lives with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as well as additional challenges related to Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Anxiety.”

“Receiving the We Care Therapy Grant has been a transformative moment for our family. The grant enables her to see an occupational therapist (OT) every fortnight for a total of 10 sessions at no cost, alleviating some of our financial burdens.”
