Applications for our Mobility Equipment Grant are currently opened.

This grant supports families in purchasing life-changing equipment to increase physical development, independence, and social inclusion. The primary aim of the Mobility Equipment Grant is to provide mobility equipment that is not easily available through statutory services.

We recommend you speak with your support person (e.g. medical professional, case worker, teacher, OT) to ensure they can assist you with some key sections of the application.

Once you start an application, you can save and come back to it at any time.
