Dean is the Managing Director of Aeris Insights, a Perth-based provider of commercial drone services and aerial intelligence solutions. With strong technical expertise and a practical focus on safety and compliance, he leads a team that transforms high-resolution aerial data into actionable insights. His career spans more than two decades across the oil and gas, resources, engineering, construction and telecommunications sectors.
Deeply engaged in his local community, Dean volunteers on drone patrols for Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club, supports schools in introducing students to aerial technology, and serves on the committee of the Kingsway Junior Football Club. Over the past four years, he has coordinated both the Auskick and Starkick All Abilities programs, helping children living with disabilities participate in football in a fully inclusive and supportive environment.
