Gwilym brings significant senior management experience across Australia’s oil and gas, construction and government sectors, with a strong focus on organisational change, leadership and workforce strategy. He is currently General Manager – Australia for a national personnel solutions company, where he leads complex, multi-jurisdictional operations.

Alongside his corporate career, Gwilym has a long-standing commitment to disability advocacy and inclusive governance. He serves as President of the Cornelia de Lange Association Australasia, guiding the organisation through a period of meaningful growth, and has contributed to a range of advisory and governance bodies, including the NT Disability Advisory Committee, the City of Wanneroo Disability and Inclusion Reference Group, and the Board of the Joondalup Education Support Centre.

Gwilym’s perspective is further informed by his lived experience as a parent of a disabled son, who has received support from Variety both in the Northern Territory and through Motor Mouth Camp in Western Australia. This personal connection, combined with his professional and community-sector experience, underpins his strong commitment to inclusion and to improving outcomes for children and families across Western Australia.
