If your child is sick, disadvantaged or living with disability, Variety WA can help by providing a range of practical items to empower children to live laugh and learn. We provide assistance that may not be accessible through government funding and alternative services.
Items you can apply for could include:
Variety Community Grants
Variety Community Grants assist organisations working directly with WA kids who live with sickness, disadvantage and disability by providing equipment to support inclusion, education, independence and joy. We give grants to schools, not for profits and community groups. These can include things like therapy-based play equipment, accessible playgrounds, vehicle modifications
Variety Individual Grants
We can provide practical equipment to help WA kids develop and thrive, access the community and support hobbies and wellbeing.
This could include assistive technology for:
- Communication
- Learning
- Behavioural regulation; and
- Safety.
We can help cover the cost of items that promote:
- Behavioural regulation
- Physical development
- Independence
- Wellbeing; and
- Social inclusion.
Variety EduKids Grant
