How to get involved
In keeping with the spirit ot the event, your Variety Bash Car is a beloved gem, at a minimum 30 years of age. Source your own and we’ll advise you on how to fit it out or get in touch for a pre-loved Bash car for sale! Your Variety Bash crew can be made up of a maximum of four people per vehicle at any time (and a minimum of two).
Need help? Our team is here to assist you with fundraising ideas to support children in need.
Helping Kids
Variety – the Children’s Charity is dedicated to empowering children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs to live, laugh and learn. We achieve this through the provision of equipment, facilities and life experiences and by operating a straightforward and transparent grants program which draws on the funds raised through our events, sponsorships and donations.
All donations raised from the Variety Bash go directly towards children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs. In 2016, the Variety Bash raised $1.3 million for children in Victoria.

The most common way to raise money is through fundraising events (such as corner collections, trivia nights, golf days etc.), approaches to sponsors/supporters and the Variety Major Raffle (organised by the Variety Office).
