James is a Senior Leader for the Westpac Group and has had various roles within the Group since 2008, now specialising in governance, compliance and regulatory projects, with deep experience delivering complex programmes and lifting performance across large teams. In his career James focuses on people leadership, efficiency and simplification. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and brings practical board skills across strategy, compliance oversight and stakeholder engagement.
A long-time supporter of Variety SA, James participated in his very first Bash in 2015 and has completed many bashes over the years, raising awareness and much needed funds. You’ll catch him regularly volunteering at major events.
James is also a Board Member for the Adelaide Car Club. A passionate car enthusiast, surfer and getting out to explore our great country. He is married to Alexandra with two adult sons Jordan and Nikolas and is passionate about enabling every child to live laugh and learn.
