Good morning everyone. With just 7.5 weeks to go to the AMCR we are pretty organized from our end. Annie and Bella have good accommodation for you every night and our catering has been finalized. The tracks are done and we have a few surprises for you along the way. Will Langdon is finalizing Motorsport Day Permits for you all so if you have not replied to Will’s requests for Licence details then please do so today.
Starting in the next few days there will be some communications coming to you about our COVID Plan and how that will operate. We will also be sending out Indemnity Forms, Medical Forms etc. These will need to be done online. Please follow the links and get this done within 7 days, please. If you have any issues, please contact Bella or Annie for assistance. We will also be giving you details about the Registration process on March 24. All these will be important so the same process will continue with an email and also a text message.
Hopefully, you can help me. For the first time, I am getting a little worried about fundraising. I have spoken to you all at some time about fundraising and based on our discussions have kept the faith.
Only 19 out of the 50 entrants have reached their minimum which leaves 31 Cars with some work to do. There are also 16 entrants with no fundraising at this time. That leaves 16 with a lot of work to do. Thank you to the 19 who have been proactive and done some great work.
